Professor Temitope Oyedepo is a professor of Biochemistry at Adeleke University, Ede, Nigeria. She has over 20 years of teaching experience and a strong record of research and publication in Biochemistry bringing a wealth of knowledge, expertise and passion to teaching.

Her research focuses on antioxidant nutrition with particular interest in the use of indigenous medicinal plants and bioactive dietary substances as naturally occurring antioxidants, free-radical scavengers or antiinflammatory agents for successful aging. She is also interested in studies that incorporate themes of food as medicine, health equity, and healthy aging, and personalized nutrition.
